Qualification
- Secondary school level
- Age not over 18
Criteria of submission
- 15 x 22 inches size
- No techniques limited
- No more than 3 drawings allowed to submit (they should never been submitted before)
- In case of students, the representatives of their institution should sign on the submission form.
Submission period: June 10 – 20, 2008
Judgement announcement : July 31, 2008

- Primary school level
Winner Prize THB 10,000 (one prize) with certificate
First runner-up Prize THB 6,000 (one prize) with certificate
Second runner-up Prize THB 3,000 (one prize) with certificate
Consolation Prize THB 1,000 (two prizes) with certificate
