The Department of Family Medicine provide a wide range of primary care services to treat common conditions. We provide comprehensive management of chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, asthma, chronic lung diseases, thyroid conditions, hepatitis, arthritis, and sexual and mental health disorders. In addition, we have specialized clinics to serve patients and families with specific needs.
