Elective Programs for Clinical Rotations
**COVID-19 Changes**
During the current outbreak of COVID-19 in Thailand, the International Relations Section has decided to temporarily suspend electives for all visiting students  until further notice.

All content and available course information last updated in 2019. All information on this page is available as a .PDF file.

Elective and short course training duration per candidate must be at least 2 weeks long per elective in each department or division.
One or more departments and divisions can be chosen for electives. For example, if one were to take two electives consecutively, they would spend a minimum total of four weeks in the Faculty of Medicine.
Each elective program round opens on every first and third Monday of each month, except throughout April.

Undergraduate Programs

The Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital Mahidol University offers a variety of programs for undergraduate students wishing to study with the Faculty for their Clinical Rotaion period in their senior year at their home institution. Candidates should be senior medical students with adequate clinical experience at the time of their elective period.
