To produce nursing scholars capable of
 Conducting high quality, ethical scientific research and generating new knowledge significant to the discipline of nursing, to improve health of the people;
 Providing leadership and commitment to improve health and better life of the people;
 Disseminating, transmitting and exchanging knowledge effectively with others both nationally and internationally; and
 Being a highly qualified scholar who possesses ethical, moral characteristics as a profession and scholarly scientific integrity person.
