Assistant Professor Dr. Nuankanya Sathirapongsasuti's Lab | Program in Translational Medicine

Welcome

Our research is focused on the study of human diseases and health related organisms from a genomics perspective. Our ultimate goal is to bring to bear novel technologies and molecular insights to help earlier diagnosis and improve outcomes for our patients.

Research Topics

       · Identify and study how microRNAs alter the expression of key genes involved in developmental and pathophysiology of human diseases

       · Multi-omics data integration to identify novel pathways in kidney diseases

       · Genomic evolution of Thai box jellyfish.

       · Nanotechnology-based development for clinical diagnostic kits
