On October 9, 2023, a significant event took place at Meeting Room no.2 on the 5th floor of the Administrative Building, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University. Prof. Boonsong Ongphiphadhanakul, M.D., Deputy Dean for Research, represented the Dean of Ramathibodi, alongside other esteemed faculty members including Prof. Anant Khositseth, M.D., Deputy Dean for Undergraduate Education; Asst. Prof. Suchin Worawichawong, M.D., Assistant Dean for International Relations and Research Collaborations; Prof. M.L. Chagriya Kitiyakara, M.D., Head of Medical Innovations Development Center; Asst. Prof. Karn Suttapanit, M.D., Lecturer, Department of Emergency Medicine; Assoc. Prof. Paphon Sa-Ngasoongsong, M.D., Lecturer, Department of Orthopedics; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usanarat Anurathapan, M.D., Lecturer, Department of Pediatrics; Asst. Prof. Tharin Thampongsa, M.D., Lecturer, Department of Surgery; Dr. Piya Chaemsaithong, M.D, Lecturer, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology; and Ms. Jirawadee Matoon, Head of International Relations Section. This gathering was held to welcome esteemed delegates from Germany for the Signing Ceremony of the Letters of Intent between Ramathibodi and three renowned institutions: The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen Hospital, BG Unfallklinik Murnau (Trauma Center), and Weiden Medical Center. Prof. Dr. Med. Wolfgang Böcker from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Prof. Dr. hum. biol. Peter Augat from BG Unfallklinik Murnau (Trauma Center), and Prof. Dr. med. Christian von Rüden from Weiden Medical Center presented as the representatives from the German side to sign the Letters of Intent.
Following the signing ceremony, the participants engaged in fruitful discussions on various potential collaboration topics. These included the use of 3D printing for orthopaedic treatment , presented by Assoc. Prof. Paphon Sa-Ngasoongsong, M.D.; Accident and emergency care training: including pre hospital management presented by Asst. Prof. Karn Suttapanit, M.D.; and Mother and child health, including child development, presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Usanarat Anurathapan, M.D., and Dr. Piya Chaemsaithong, M.D. The meeting concluded with presentations from representatives of LMU, Garmisch, BGU, and Weiden Medical Center.
Additionally, the German delegates had the opportunity to visit the Medical Innovations Development (MIND) Center and the Department of Emergency Medicine during their time at Ramathibodi.

(Trauma Center) และ Weiden Medical Center ในโอกาสเดินทางเยือนคณะฯ เพื่อร่วมพิธีลงนามในหนังสือแสดงเจตจำนงว่าด้วยความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษาและวิจัยระหว่างคณะฯ กับ สถาบันทางการแพทย์ชั้นนำ 3 แห่งของเยอรมนี โดยในพิธีลงนามฯ ครั้งนี้ มี Prof. Dr. med. Wolfgang Böcker จาก Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Prof. Dr. hum. biol. Peter Augat จาก BG Unfallklinik Murnau (Trauma Center) และ Prof. Dr. med. โดยหลังพิธีลงนาม ทั้งหมดได้ร่วมกันหารือในประเด็นความร่วมมือเพิ่มเติม และคณะผู้แทนจากสถาบันทั้ง 3 แห่งในเยอรมนียังได้เข้าเยี่ยมชมการทำงานของศูนย์พัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการแพทย์ MIND CENTER ตลอดจน ภาควิชาเวชศาสตร์ชุมชน
