The Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) cohort contained patient data since 2010 from Ramathibodi Hospital. The patients were diagnosed using three criteria, 1) ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes relevant to CKD, 2) eGFR < 60 two consecutive times more than 90 days, and 3) history of glomerulonephritis with kidney biopsy. Variables are demographic, vital signs, laboratory tests, medications, outcomes, and relevant diseases.
